Electro plating uses a series of chemical processes, which are both electrical and electroless in nature. These solutions need to be maintained at an optimium working level to achieve efficency and consistency for product quality. This is achieved by testing within our in house laboratory using analytical titration methods and an XRF analyser.

In addition to this we can also test for:
* Thickness deprosition using XRF analyser
* Salt spray corrosion testing to ASTMS B117
* Hexavalent chromate testing
* Plate adhesion testing
We provide COC's plating certificates and PPAP’s where required.
